This company DID NOT provide a "quality and stress-free moving experience!", a quote from one of their reviews on the website. This was the worst move and they are IGNORING the damage claim. The Top Notch crew failed to properly prepare the items for moving, loaded the truck with brute force resulting in lots of damaged furniture and other damaged personal property. The Top Notch management is NON-RESPONSIVE to the damage claim. When the truck was full on moving day, they drove off leaving numerous items sitting in the driveway leaving us responsible for moving the items ourselves. During a telephone conversation in July, Diego, manager in San Antonio said "damaged means it cannot be used any more." What a totally ridiculous statement. Good bye customer service. Long version- The crew showed up and began filling the truck with the speed of a bad NASCAR pit crew. The crew members ran out of packing materials very quickly, and just appropriated our sheets and towels for packing. The sheets and towels are ruined due to adhesive from the packing tape stuck to the fabric. The crew wrapped some of the furniture in plastic wrap, but no effort was made the cover dining/kitchen room chairs, tables, mattresses (ironically an unused king size mattress protector for moving was left among our belongings when the truck was unloaded), bookcases, etc... Mattresses arrived dirty, ripped, and the power cord for the Select Number bed was missing (the bed is useless without the power cord). There was a brief rain shower mid morning and furniture sitting outside was rained on. One dining room chair (Circa 1930's) is now scratched and the finish is ruined from being loaded wet. A refrigerator, less than one year old, has multiple dents on the front and sides. Same with the upright freezer that has been inside and was like new. The kitchen table has scratches, scrapes and gashes. The crew did not remove the records from the antique Victrola which might have been okay, if they had not turned it upside down while loading it into the truck. Originally, Top Notch Movers arrived at our home with two box trucks. At some point the second truck left. When the truck they were loading got full, I watched in disbelief as the crew shoved with great force a flat iron grill, and a pellet smoker through the shelves of a bookcase in an attempt to make them fit. The bookcase has huge gashes/hunks missing from the shelves and supports. The front leg of pellet grill was twisted and bent under. Shameful. No respect for us, the client or our property. I came outside as the truck was driving away and realized that the crew left behind bed rails and cross supports, the vacuum, ironing board, boxes, and various other items as the truck was full. We were left responsible for moving the remaining items. Several emails have been sent to the San Antonio and the Corpus Christi Top Notch Movers (the Corpus Christi crew unloaded the truck) to discuss repairs to the damaged furniture and reimbursement for some items. Crickets, no response. Diego, manager at San Antonio office did speak with us in July and when asked about what the next steps were for getting the damaged furniture repaired, responded with "damaged means it cannot be used any more." What a ridiculous statement. Diego did offer to have a third party contractor pick-up the damaged furniture for repairs. We have utilized moving companies in the past, and they do not attempt to take back to their shop a 7.5 foot tall round front display cabinet, the sofa, two recliners, two dining room tables, 10 chairs, etc... Repairs are made onsite. I even research and provided to Top Notch the name of a third party vendor who does onsite repairs for the majority of the movers in the Corpus Christi area. No response from Top Notch Movers. We are still waiting..... Select another company unless all your property came out of a dumpster.

These guys are top-notch! I would highly recommend using their services. I was desperate to find affordable and professional movers in a short time frame. I spoke to Diego and he made it happen. His team moved my entire office and they did an amazing job! There were no bumps scratches or nicks on any of my office furniture. Great job, Top Notch Movers!

These guys did an amazing job on getting us moved. The crew was fast and professional and made sure our stuff was loaded and unloaded without damage. We will definitely be using you guys again in the future!
