They came very quickly and helped me with a unique and difficult scenario. My boat trailer axle broke while I was towing it from a boat ramp, and it was not easy to get it off the road. But, they did the job and the boat was undamaged. I definitely recommend Top Notch!

Completely unprofessional. The tall slim man was unbelievable rude and disgusting. I pulled in to pick up a car that was towed and he approached my car and instantly began yelling at me, stating i could not enter the lot and had to wait outside . There was no sign outside stating i had to wait outside or to stop and wait for assistance, nor did he state that when we called ahead of time and asked. After yelling and being told to get out the lot, he complained that i was doing so because he was still standing right there. Didn’t ask me why i was there or if there was anything I could be helped with. Completely the worst service I’ve ever received by company. That attitude was unnecessary and frankly the entire company is a joke. They don’t even have real signs outside. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone based on the service alone.

I would give zero car as per maryland state rule u can't towed someone car from residential community without notification And charge $400 and give trouble for no reason We thought our car got stolen and it created lot of trouble for us from last 2 days... If u want to make money do it in right way don't create trouble for resident people Very bad service and customer care person very rude

Predatory towing practices. Won't work with you on price, says "if I give you a discount it comes out of my pocket." Yeah the 385 dollars is coming out of my pocket now. Bad people, rude, grimey, and greedy.
