We called multiple towing companies and no one would or could come or even had the equipment to assist and come to the remote location with no signal we had rolled our SUV. But best bet these wonderful people will and could! Rick and Dave had that vehicle flipped and loaded within 8 MINUTES!!! The ladies in the office were such a wonderful help with all the confusion, understandingly being upset, and helping understanding the insurance aspect of covering costs. I couldn't be ever more grateful and blessed for a more wonderful team to assist us in this desperate and confusing time. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

After my drift boat trailer blew a leaf spring mount I called AAA and they dispatched Topline towing. Beau showed up quick, got my barely rolling trailer loaded with ease and was just a nice dude to talk to the entire time. I definitely hope next time I need to get a tow AAA sends Beau and Topline, these guys are awesome!

The other towing companies wouldn’t go 3 feet into the grass to get the car and cancelled before I got to my car, Top Line was my 3rd driver for the day and I wish they were the first. Sunny was my driver he’s a great guy, very helpful and was willing to pull my car out of a ditch if he had too. I strongly recommend others to go thru Top line! Would give Sunny 10 stars if I could.

These guys, are soo kind,knowledgeable, so intelligent, @ what they do. I drove further up, by the time I turned around, positioned with hazards on. It was already on the road, and then halfway up on the flatbed tow truck. Nothing but respect, super professional and great guys, great service, advice , absolutely amazing. 💯 percent. Top of the line service, lol top of the line service. Highly recommended, Dave, randy 👌

I had the misfortune of having my alternator die at Timberline Lodge. I called triple A and the dispatcher tells me that "there's no way anyone will go up there. it's too much of a liability. I have people in Bend that have been stuck for 4 days because no one will go get them." Well, great! What now? I call around and finally get in touch with Topline Towing. LeeAnn, the dispatcher was incredibly nice and helpful. She said, of course, they would come up there! Randy, our driver was awesome. He got us down with no problems, all while regaling us with incredible stories from his days as a tow truck driver. Thanks so much, Randy and LeeAnn, you gave us a lot of reassurance during what could have been a stressful evening. And Randy - you should definitely try to write a book!
