I still have not been compensated for the multiple damages to my furniture caused by this company! The local manager tried to accuse me of insurance fraud when I explained what damages were found as I unpacked. I was told I had 6 months to make a claim but they stonewalled me and made me apply to a third party. The paperwork was ridiculous, asking for original sales receipts for the furniture items that were damaged. They never sent a representative to examine the damages and did not arrange for a repair estimate. So much pressure to give them cash up front. Salespeople that lied about their ability to do the job, who were subsequently not employed there when the move occurred. They were specifically asked if they were able to disassemble and reassemble a Sleep Number bed. I was assured that they were very capable. They tore the attachment buttons right out of the mattress! I have to pay for a technician from Sleep Number to come out and give an estimate. Movers tried to see the f I could get the repair done under the lifetime warranty! Talk about being dishonest! I’m over it! Going through my homeowners and let them fight with these scam artists!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If they contact you RUN. I had the worst experience in my life with this company. Jared started my process. He didn’t give vital information to me that ended up costing me an extra 857 dollars. Jared is either incompetent, poorly trained or unethical. The staff can use a course in customer service that should include communication and follow up with a customer. They answer the phone as if you are calling their personal phone. They don’t introduce themselves or name the business they are calling from. If you miss their call, they won’t leave a voicemail. The driver arrived 3 hours late. Arrival time between 1-4pm. The team arrived at 7:00pm. When Alonzo arrived he didn’t apologize for this massive delay. I only knew he was going to be late, because I called the office. No one thought to contact me. When they arrived they didn’t have the right size truck. Alonzo made it seem like this was my fault. He stated I should have let the dispatcher know I would need more space, which I didn’t know.I kept Jared updated with all changes as I was packing for this move. He never directed me to the dispatcher. The dispatcher never asked if there were any updates from what was on my order. In my opinion this company is unprofessional beyond belief on every level in every department. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Moving can be a stressful process. Communication and customer service is the key to all relationships. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

I had a wonderful experience with this company! My stress was relieved as soon as they arrived. They were very friendly and professional. Handled my items very carefully and I didn’t experience any damages. Halfway through the process, but will provide an update once I receive my items. Based on reviews I don't anticipate any issues.

The worst moving experience of my life! Salesman, Joe, quoted me $4,000 and said it included wrapping the large TV, wrapping mirrors and furniture, moving 2 kayaks, and covered a 2800 sq foot house. He never came to look at the job. Last minute, after no contact for several weeks, I was told he "left" the company. Next guy, Chris, makes final arrangements, no change in quote even though I said I didn't think everything would fit on one truck. Moving day, guys arrived 2 1/2 hours late. Main guy then tells me that wrapping is not included and he is charging for the TV. I then get a quote for nearly double, $7000, and guy demands cash or he isn't moving anything. He said I was being charged for materials and wrapping and that he was giving me a big discount. I was told I could put the charges on a credit card by Joe. I also wasn't told about the 5% surcharge for using a card. Put me in a tough spot. Movers know I have to get the house empty for closing date, so they put the squeeze on me. No money, no move.Truck is packed, still a lot left behind. On the road, I arrive an hour before them at the new house. Everything very chaotic, cops stopped them, etc. They set up the beds wrong, had to fix at 1 AM-2AM. had to check everything. Many pieces of furniture were damaged, including a bent frame on my sofa. They didn't finish setting up the electric sofa, and I had to get help getting the cord undone from under it. I am going to file a claim for the damage and also try to recoup some of the moving charges because they failed to deliver as contracted. Get a firm quote prior to the move and don't fall for the pressure and bait and switch tactics. Better yet, find a more reputable mover.
