We have had some very bad experiences of removal companies in the past but glad to say TMS restored our faith in the industry when we recently engaged them for an international relocation. From the initial conversation, survey and admin, Scott was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Pretty much 8 weeks door to door so a lot quicker than we were expecting. Great little independent moving company - this was my first time making such a big move alone, and to another country no less - which I was a bit freaked out about if I'm honest - and they managed my needs perfectly. Scott was my point of contact - readily available, always helpful, great at managing my expectations and helping me make sure that everything was in order for the move. And I was delighted that my stuff arrived so soon after pickup, was super convenient for allowing me to feel right at home just as soon as I moved in! Highly recommend.
