I'm so happy with Total Car Shipping's services. I had to ship my car across the country, and I was determined to use the best shipping company that I could find. Total Car Shipping did a great job, as I had absolutely no problems with them. The price was also very reasonable, and they didn't charge me any extra hidden fees. I had a lot of questions beforehand, and they were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The driver was really nice and friendly. When my car arrived, it was in pristine condition, with no damage. My car also arrived right on time which was great. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car shipped!

Had a great experience with this company. The reps I talked to were professional and answered my questions. I had no problems so no disputes to settle. I had the car shipped across a couple states and thought the price was reasonable- about in line with what I was quoted from other companies. My car arrived on time and in the same shape I left it in. Overall it was an uneventful and smooth transaction. I was charged what I was quoted, and received no hidden fees. Hope other people will have the same smooth experience with this company. I would recommend them, and I plan to use them again when I return home.

These guys shipped my car all the way from LA to Miami. I picked them because after looking at a few different car shipping companies, I found that they had the best prices. They did a fantastic job! The driver was very friendly, but more importantly, he was on time. Everything ran on time, nothing was broken or damaged (which as happened to me in the past), and the whole transaction was very smooth. I would use these guys again, and I recommend them!

Keep searching for another shipping company. My experience was a disaster from beginning to end. The rep Maria was quite unprofessional and at times rude and accusing. I was charged additional fees, my debit card was charged $500 when I was told only a $1 deposit would be charged. The driver was late to pick up my car. I was contacted by 3 different representatives from the company of the land portion of my shipment and was given contact details from Total Car Shipping to contact the port for the ocean portion of the shipping. In total, I had to deal with 3 different payments to 3 different companies AND spoke to 5 different representatives from the various companies. So to me, I feel like I could have not gone through Total Car Shipping as a broker and saved $500. I would certainly not recommend Total Car Shipping.

I recently shipped my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Manahawkin, New Jersey to Miami, Florida with Total Car Shipping and I have to say that they did a fantastic job! I've shipped cars before but this was the first time that the truck driver communicated with me during the trip so that I would know where my car was and exactly when it would be delivered. That's truly great service! I would definitely recommend them highly to anyone who needs to ship a car, wants excellent service and a very reasonable price.
