review date and service date: monday, november 11, 2019 hello towtal roadside, i'm steven from hamilton, and am taking a moment to single out your tow truck driver, william d. for providing sincere, caring and effective roadside help on monday november 11/19, at 2pm. this was a CAA service call and towtal was used for the call. on the aforementioned date and time, my car wouldn't start and i wasn't sure if i was going to get to work at my job in oakville. with the bad weather on hand for the day (15+ cm of snow projected), it was important to be able to get to work by any means necessary. upon arrival, will was on time if not a few minutes earlier. i explained to the best of my ability what the problem entailed and what was happening. from there, will thru troubleshooting and probing questions, was able to determine that it was a dead battery, not an engine problem or alternator situation. what i really appreciated was after he got the car up and running, for my peace of mind he shut off the car after about a 10 minute charge, stayed on location and restarted the car to make sure the charge was adequate in case i shut off the car...also his sincere concern to make sure i could be up and running to get to work safely with a sound running battery. thankfully i was able to get to work, and help out my coworkers with tasks. will also offered some good ideas and advice in case the battery were to cut out at work or at home, most importantly he recommended getting the battery checked out for CCA's remaining and/or getting a replacement battery asap. thanks will for making a positive difference in someone else's day. 😁

One star because one of their drivers has no consideration for other drivers. Cut me off a and when I honked he flipped the bird! Great company image especially when your truck is marked with the company you work for!!

My car had an issue and I was unable to get home, and although this experience could’ve been horrible it was instead fast and professional! I was very fortunate to have the help of Matt #126! He came quickly, right on time, and was so friendly and explained everything he was doing thoroughly to my mom and I! Very efficient and kind, which is so much to say in comparison to the tow truck experiences we’ve had in the past! Amazing service, and would absolutely recommend him!

Had to call CAA after my car stopped. Sharieff from Towtal arrived promptly, was very personable and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Sharieff as a valuable employee. He is an excellent ambassador for Towtal. He helped turn a bad experience into a very pleasant one.

I had a tire issue, and Monty came out to help through CAA. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and worked with me to see how I wanted to proceed with my tire issue. He even let me know what he thought happened to it, and was overall just a great guy. Service was awesome, he was efficient and professional, and the next time I place a service call, I hope he comes out! Thank you Monty!
