If there was a ZERO star I would have chosen that instead of one star. I bought four expensive reffed containers from this company. After I loaded the containers and some time passed, the back end of one container popped out with a bang. After investigation, it was discovered that the back end was just caulked in rather than bolted like it should have been. I contacted Dave Snyder, owner and requested the problem be remedied. I explained that they guaranteed an air tight container. After the third call, Dave Snyder refused my calls and would not resolve the problem. He basically put me on IGNORE, and I have had no resolution and the back containers is still out and exposing the contents to the elements. In my opinion, this company has character problems and doesn’t honor their guarantees. I would not do business with this company. Based on my experience, if you want after sale service Don’t walk... run away from this company.
