Amazing from start to finish. Office staff was great setting up the move and answering questions during the process. Movers were friendly and communicated throughout the day. They moved us in the middle of a major rain storm. Great about asking questions to be sure they had the right items, putting things in the right place. Highly recommended!

I HIGHLY recommend this co. and especially the 3 guys who moved my furniture. They were so careful, friendly, polite and extremely professional. No damage to any furniture nor my house. I will request them again. This is the first co. I can say I was so pleased with. Former companies I used were reckless and broke my furniture and hurried. These guys took their time but got the job done efficiently. I only remember one name, Angel, pretty sure the other 2 were Nate and perhaps Jay or Carlo. But they were all excellent.

Overall it was good, Mike Angel and Al were extremely efficient. I did notice a few scratches on various items (tv I didn’t wrap, couch legs, etc.) after the move but not enough for me to want to spend time making a big deal. They didn’t really wrap things or handle them the most carefully but luckily I have pretty cheap items so I don’t care as much. If you have nice items I recommend you wrap them yourself or maybe communicate more clearly than I did (this was my first time using movers so I didn’t have a good frame of reference). They were also very patient about parking confusion at the new location. I also appreciated how kind Mindy from the office was, she made scheduling easy even though my move was only a few days away.

My move was made easy because of Town to Town Movers. Everyone was so helpful from the reasonable quote, responsiveness to questions, and the actual move. The moving team Nate, Brendan, and Sinclair were terrific. They were thoughtful, kind, polite and super efficient. Thank you all so much.

The communication from this company was great in the beginning; pricing was a bit higher than most but it seemed like the value was there so I went with them. The crew was polite, friendly and worked hard to get the job done. Unfortunately, during unloading at the new place, I saw them carrying a very small, very light cabinet in 2 pieces and when I asked about it that they told me "It was easier to take apart and move it that way." In the chaos of everything, I didn't think anything of it. I did notice when they brought it into the room it belonged in, they were there a bit longer than it would take to drop it off but again, I just kept moving. Later when my boyfriend mentioned they were in that room a while, I said they must have been putting that cabinet back together. He said "no, it's still in 2 pieces, just the top resting on the base." When I finally got to it, 2 of the 4 twist locks were missing and 1 was broken leaving it holding on by just 1. The cabinet itself was damaged as well, making it clear that it had been broken, not taken apart. When I contacted the company to let them know that it was damaged and that I was lied to, I was told "some furniture just won't hold" and "sorry for the inconvenience." I don't even care that much about the cabinet but the fact that I was lied to is an issue. I wasn't asking for restitution or anything of the sort; but I wasn't expected to be brushed off like their employees damaging an item and then lying about it isn't a big deal. If it hadn't had been for that, I would have left a 5 star review but I'd be leery of anyone who will lie instead of address the issue and deal with it. I probably would have said "no big deal" and let it slide, but I don't appreciate being lied to.
