My husband received PCS orders to Hawaii and it seemed like the entire thing snuck up on us. Towne Services was our carrier. They scheduled us for two days and everything went by perfectly. We've moved several times but this company is by far the best! They repacked everything that had been done before, were friendly and very hard-working. Loading everything up the next day was perfect as well. They took everything apart and wrapped everything so thay it would stay safe. Everything was amazing and I'm definitely leaving them good reviews to transportation on fort hood as well!

We move an average of once a year and these were hands down the worst packers we’ve ever had. They were disorganized and packed things with no rhyme or reason, making it incredibly difficult to unpack and causing us to take much longer to determine what was missing. We almost certainly had items stolen during the packing process. Boxes were labeled inaccurately and incompletely and some arrived crushed as a result. They unpacked boxes only to repack them carelessly, so things that were organized and protected before the packers touched them arrived disorganized and damaged. They also neglected to pack several things, including leaving full drawers and simply ignoring items that we repeatedly assured them needed to be packed. I would not recommend this company and I absolutely will not allow them in my house again.

We used this moving company twice and were very pleased with their service. They worked in a timely manner, no damage to anything, and the rate is very affordable! I absolutely recommend and would use then again.
