I have been driver for this company for over 3 years I have went through one lease completely while enjoying the freedom to be able to participate in a convoy that I really enjoyed me and my wife Tradition Transportation is family they help you in every way they can all the way from Tim the president Joe the vice president even down to the maintenance people Scott and Eve go above and beyond answering phone calls to make sure you're not sitting on the side of the road Planners and dispatchers I have been through a few but among the few Ben is my planner now My dispatcher is Kristen They really try to do everything they can to make sure we are covered and have good production you have to manage your truck and your fuel make sure you know your numbers The key to success is communication taking care of your truck and having pride in your ride I'm in the process of buying a truck from them now and I will finish it in February of 2025 be able to walk away with my truck title in hand but I will not leave the company because they have been really good to us we will continue to push forward and make even more money alongside a great company and family

Filled out application on the intelliapp for this company. During the hiring process was informed that I had to have current dot physical before they were able to finish my application. Also informed that they would not pay physical for there drivers. First time in my career that I have run into a company this cheap. If they treat potential drivers this way just imagine their attitude among current drivers. I consider this experience a blessing in disguise. I would rather stand in line at a soup kitchen before I would work for these bozos. Also, did further research online was not able to find one good rating for this company..

Horrible place to work! Scam the system every chance they get. Don't show the drivers the real rate con and won't let you see it if you ask. Didn't pay for every load ran and was told the company didn't make any money off the load. Fuel kickback is terrible, truck was wrecked and had massive air leak and they would only fix it if we paid for it, even though it was broke when we got it. Only stayed 3 weeks and was in the negative every week! I would be more than happy to answer questions for anyone who want to know more!

Been here a while now, awesome trucks and awesome people yes there are ups and downs but if you are willing to work, and communicate with them you can make good money and they will help as much as they can.. there not perfect no company is but I'm completely glad I signed on

This place is not the lease purchase place to. If you think you are gonna succeed with that lease purchase program don't waste your time they are the only ones that's gonna win not the driver. Any place that charge you to send they bols to pay you your money if you get any. The first check is the best check you will get they cap your money to keep you working hard and not going home. One dispatcher Ben is the best there but he can only do so much. Everything cost the driver in the lease purchase program it's not designed for you to win. They will work with you if you get in the hole but it will start one price and then after a few checks that will rise to instead of going down bottom line don't waste time with tradition lease purchase program.
