The guys there really made things easy. Took the time to show me where I could put my tow hitch and explained the pros and cons of adding additional hardware. I do much of my learning as I Go. Felipe and his guys saved me a great deal of time just by being professional, considerate, and helpful.

I recently purchased a 1961 Airstream trailer in San Jose. Felipe and Chris went out of their way to make sure it was safe for my daughter and I to haul back to Oregon. Broke a leaf spring on our travel trailer on 680/Mission Blvd. Called FJM at the recommendation of a passing tow truck driver with a vehicle already in tow. Spoke to Rory, who assisted in arranging Great America Tow service to respond. They arrived in just minutes and shored up the suspension to allow the trailer to be driven to FJM, likely saving me a ton of money on a semi-trailer tow they could have just stuck me with for a few extra hundred, but chose not to. Tow driver and his partner were incredibly helpful, respectful, and resourceful in getting the trailer into a safe configuration on the side of the road. Tow truck followed us to FJM to ensure we made it safely. Rory stayed at FJM an hour past their closing time to make sure someone was at the shop to let the trailer into their secure area. All four leaf springs and two tires were replaced after additional obvious damage was found and the trailer was back on the road by 11am the next morning. Great customer service and hard-working employees that were just as motivated to get us back on the road as we were.
