The needs of a driver on the road. And every department that the driver needs to work with I could not say better things about ..This company has figured it out, I would definitely recommend.. I have been here over 20 years and I plan on retiring here. Almost every load is an adventure different types of trailers different locations.. a great company to work for and you are never pressured to take a load you dont want..

Poor company to deal with in getting your trailer transferred. The representative that I spoke to on the phone, Shannon was very professional and courteous throughout the process, but the driver that was doing the load for us was not.. He attempted to hook up to the trailer, which was a tanker to move from North Carolina to Michigan and unfortunately it had a blown airbag, which was not the drivers problem, we obviously agreed to pay whatever downtime to the driver as he sat and waited for the repair and per trailer Transit policy when stuff like this happens, you just pay the downtime and the trailer will get shipped when the repairs are made within a reasonable amount of time. We had four brand new airbags put on the trailer within two hours from our on site mechanic and the trailer was ready to go immediately, but the driver said with a poor attitude I really don’t want to go to Michigan as I’m from Texas and said that he had a better load to Texas And proceeded to leave our trailer parked right in front of our shop in front of our water supply hoses for our porta John Trucks, this is not originally where the trailer was parked and since we don’t own a semi tractor, we could not move it .Then we had to pay someone to come out and move the trailer as it was blocking our water supply . Trailer Transit did not seem to care about this problem and it’s very unfortunate again that the airbag blew for the driver, but considering we were going to pay all of his downtime which again was only two hours for the trailer to be repaired. The driver could’ve brought the load up but he had ulterior motives with getting a “ better load closer to home “ The worst part about it is, we ended up paying the guys downtime for the repairs to be made and he still just left the trailer there and never hauled the load for us. I would seriously consider looking elsewhere for getting your trailer moved

I've been here since Oct 2023. One of the best companies I have worked for! So much so that it's the first time I purchased a truck to work for them. Before I was happy as a company driver! Hope to finish my career out with them!

Great company to work for everyone is super nice and you can tell they like their jobs which is kind of rare in this industry. If you have your truck and like power only this is the place. Money is good. you won’t waste time at shippers , it’s usually open window pick up and delivery so you can run at your pace. a dispatcher will never push you. Good fuel discounts especially at Petro/Ta .they pay any scales/tolls/semi annual inspections. Lots of good stuff, it’s a hidden gem. Also home time is whatever you want they won’t really bug you to come back out but there are incentives to do miles as you can qualify for paid registration. They also have some Bobtail pay on certain runs.
