Terrible Landlords. They rent out the loft over the business. The only time I've ever had to take someone else to court was because these particular landlords were especially greedy and the husband had a very short temper. Even the judge had to give him 2 strikes (with a 3rd strike being in contempt of court) when I was giving my side of the story. Long story short don't deal with these people and definitely don't sign a lease with them. The honeymoon period lasted only a month or two before we began to regret signing their lease.
