Hello to all that’s reading this review. This is probably the second review I leave for a company in probably 10 years. Let me start by saying Thank you to everyone at Transworld Logistics for my container shipment that arrived Denmark from New York, USA. At first, I have been going crazy trying to find the right company to deal with for my container shipment. This was my first time ever shipping a container. I have contacted many companies and received many different quotes. They all say they are the best and will give me the best quote. I’ve read many many reviews for many companies. Long story short, I did my homework and finally found this company that made me feel very comfortable to deal with. I received many different prices and different reviews stating that prices will change once your container is on its way. This company has given me a very reasonable price and has been on top of everything. Any question I had, as nervous as I was they answered it right away and responded very fast. Bottom line, I received my container earlier than what I expected and the price that was given to me has never changed, received everything as I packed it, sealed it and nothing damaged. Of course, things happen if the container is stopped at customs check. That is not in anyone’s hand and of course this will be an additional expense. Also, if you call or email and don’t receive a response in 2 minutes...don’t panic, we are not the only customers they deal with. Finally, If I can give Ziad, Carla and the rest of the crew 10 stars, I will. Advice: 1. WHILE PACKING, make a FULL list of what you pack, what it’s made of and the price for each. Excel would be helpful. 2. Write on each box what you have and make it easier for unpacking in each room. 3. Wrap everything well. Insurance does not cover damages, it covers for full container damage in case anything happens only. (If purchased).

i have known TLG and Ziad for 30+years, and the company and its management team represent for me the ultimate in customer service, expertise and trust. i have on many occasions shipped by vessel, isotainers, trucks, and the level of communication and service has always been second to none. well done TLG
