My experience with service at Transitowne is excellent. You can wait for your vehicle or get a ride home and then get picked up when the work is completed. Tom and Rachel at the service desk are courteous and attentive. They schedule the appointments and answer all my questions. They come to the waiting area to get you when the work is completed or send a driver to pick you up if you didn’t wait at the dealership. The service work is done well. I have never had to return to have something corrected that was fixed. Oil changes are completed quickly and there is a comfortable waiting area to use while the service is completed. The cost of oil changes are more reasonable than other oil change places and there are no long lines to get the oil change done. Thank you Tom, Rachel and Transitowne.

I just had the most incredible experience at TransitTowne! It was my first time at a "real" dealership, and I was super nervous about the whole process. But wow, let me tell you, it was amazing! From the moment I reached out to them, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. When I arrived, I was able to browse on my own without feeling pressured at all. Then, I met Lindsey, who was an absolute gem. I told her about how uneasy I felt, and she was incredibly understanding and patient. I can't believe I got the exact car I wanted - a 2024 Grand Cherokee limited black package with a panoramic sunroof! Lindsey went to their second location to get it for me, and it was the last one they had! Which made it even more exciting. Driving off the lot in my dream car was such a surreal and thrilling moment. I literally went in with doubts and drove away the next day in a vehicle that I absolutely love. I never felt pressured or pushed into anything. Lindsey is a rock star, and I highly recommend her to anyone who, like me, feels uneasy about dealerships and car salespeople. Trust me, this was an incredible experience that I'll never forget!

I greatly appreciated the more relaxed/not so high pressured feel at Transitowne as we purchased our new vehicle. Everyone was helpful, patient with questions, and Ray R did a great job explaining our purchase step by step! We are very pleased and would certainly recommend family and friends!!!

I set up an 8:00 am appointment for an oil change for my Jeep a week ago. I arrived at the dealer around 7:50 am and found “2 people” ahead of me. I’m writing this review at 9:00 am. My car hasn’t moved at all. Transitowne claims to have ExpressLane Fast Oil Changes. Doesn’t seem express or fast. Here’s a picture of the “ExpressLane” at 9:00 am. The Service Consultant also mentioned that the techs came late, which doesn’t help either. Also, when another customer arrives later and leave before my car getting serviced is off putting. I think I’ll just go to Delta Sonic in the future. If I’m waiting, at least I can tell where and when my car will be serviced.

Just took my Jeep in for a NYS inspection. My 7:30 am appointment was greeted with a smiling and pleasant service manager. My vehicle was taken right away and I enjoyed a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Upon completion of the inspection the manager and technician escorted me to the shop bay to explain what could be a future problem. They gave me a price quote on the spot and detailed the work involved. I left there 35 minutes after arriving and felt secure knowing my vehicle was safe. I would recommend Transitowne to anyone looking for a vehicle or service.
