We used this service for my AT-RISK daughter to go to her doctor appointment in palm beach. Marc was the driver, he picked up 2 strangers with no covid screening before they got in. Marc was not scheduled by One Call Transportation to pick these possibility Sick people up and they are not allowed to according to the agency that we used (the name above one call) he was driving on his phone recklessly with my daughter wife and nurse in the car. If you love your family please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be filling complainants with the better business bureau, one call transportation and this company. I expect for them to take care of this matter ASAP sit this Marc guy at a desk he is not responsible enough to drive patients to and from destinations.

I am sure everyone has good and bad days but when a patient is waiting over an hour and a half to go home and the company is rude when you call I think it is unprofessional. Yes sometimes things happen beyond your control but if they would take a moment to explain it would go a long way and I think they need more assistance to answer phones as it rings and rings then goes to an answering machine but then it is just as long to get a response if you are lucky enough to get one. I am sure it is not the whole company but my experience on this day has made me feel like I would never use them but I am sure some of their clients have no choice as this is what their insurance will pay for and so they are stuck with dealing with this and I am sorry for them but I think someone should address it. On hold for 20 minutes for a supervisor I had to hang up. Hopefully this is a way to communicate with your facility
