I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience with Transportation Unlimited Inc. (TUI) during our charter service from June 14-22, 2024. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of impressive, beginning with the outstanding support from Melvin, the owner, whose dedication to delivering a family-like atmosphere was palpable throughout our engagement. Melvin’s hands-on approach and genuine hospitality set the tone for what turned out to be an extraordinary journey. The positive experience continued with Dorothy, the sales professional. Dorothy was instrumental in ensuring we received the best pricing while also conveying a genuine sense of care and commitment, making the entire booking process seamless and stress-free. From the moment we boarded, it was clear that TUI was committed to providing a top-notch experience. However, it was during an unexpected air conditioning malfunction that their dedication truly shone. Lead driver Shade demonstrated remarkable professionalism and expertise. He was on top of the situation from the start, working diligently to fix the issue. His calm demeanor and proactive approach were not only reassuring but also crucial in ensuring our comfort and continued enjoyment. In addition to Shade’s exceptional handling of the situation, driver Carlos also deserves commendation. Carlos stayed on-site and went above and beyond in his role. His kindness, friendliness, and consideration made a significant difference in maintaining a positive atmosphere despite the technical hiccup. His attentiveness to our needs was greatly appreciated. Moreover, TUI showcased impressive logistical efficiency. They ensured that none of our scheduled events were disrupted by promptly hiring another company to transport us to our destinations. Their commitment to making sure we stayed on track was evident, and they went the extra mile by supplying refreshments to keep everyone comfortable and content during the inconvenience. While the end driver did lack some social skills, it is a minor note in an otherwise stellar service experience. With a bit of additional training, I am confident that she could provide the same high level of service that Shade and Carlos exemplified. Overall, TUI exceeded our expectations with their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities. I highly recommend their charter services to anyone looking for a reliable and considerate travel solution. Thank you to Melvin, Dorothy, Shade, Carlos, and the entire team for making our experience so memorable and seamless.

June 1 from Galveston port. The bus was supposed to pick us up between 9/9:30, they arrived around 12:15. Our elderly had to sit in the heat waiting for this bus company. We get on the bus and it was horrible bus was just nasty. It was not even fit to sit down. Seats torn, long strands of hair, dust and lint on seats. The bus could not lower so we could help or elderly get on. We had to load our own bags underneath the bus. The disgust was beyond words. Update: the ac stopped working then the bus broke down in Houston Tx with elderly people on the bus in the heat. Waiting over an hour for a mechanic and the other bus still have not shown up. Call the company and the guy is rude.Mechanic had to leave to go pick up the part.

I am so thankful to GOD that we made it back safely from our trip April 12-16, 2019. The two female drivers were HORRIBLE. One driver told us, she needed our help to talk to her so that she can safe awake. She had not had nay sleep, coming to meet and switch drivers. She had her phone in her hand talking, I had to ask her to not talk on her phone. She was all over the lines. Our second driver drove the bus as if it was her own personal four door car. It was a NIGHTMARE. The first driver took a lot of breaks, so it made our first trip to Orlando from Dallas, 24 hours! On the way back with this same driver, we were 3 hours behind. I can not rate this transportation company. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I had to give them one star in order to share the post. TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE

I went on a trip to Las Vegas with this company June 19 through June 25,2021…..The Melvin Jackson owner of the company was extremely rude he did not have an agenda available they gave us no instructions on where to meet when, to meet or what time to gather……… mind you this is the first time ever we have booked travel with his company….. We arrived in Vegas at 7 AM we were not able to get into our rooms until 2:30 PM that day there was no structured activities for us…. No guide on some of the attractions that would be available for us….. what he did was just drive us out there and tell us what day we were leaving…. He had no structure to his trip, I am a black business owner and I conduct my business in the total opposite way, that he does but I wanted to give him a chance being a fellow black business owner… I have never met anybody so rude so demeaning talking to his customers and so arrogant……… first time impressions are mostly ever lasting impressions…. NOT GOOD Melvin Jackson 😞😞😞

Two of the reviews (Alma and Dorothy) are employees for this company. SHOCKER!!!!! My company has been trying to reach the owner, (Melvin Jackson), in regards to a bad check Melvin issued to Dorothy. I have made trips to their office, have called numerous times as well as sent demand letter via certified mail. Now when I call, I guess they see the caller ID, completely avoiding my call. This is one SHADY operation, and would caution anyone doing business with TUI Bus Service. PAY YOUR BAD DEBTS.....
