They would change the price and try to leave you stranded if you don't give it to them. My mom 68yr old use them to go to Maryland and it went good. This weekend she used them to go to Virginia. They told her $130 each way and on the trip back after she gets picked up, they tell her they didn't know the distance was so far and that she has to pay $45 more dollars. My mom told her they should've had informed her when they called her to confirm the trip back. They tried to leave my mom a 68 yr old at night in the Bronx for a mistake they made. After my mom said they she would call the police if they left her there, the driver said is just $25 pay it. I then had call them to ask how much from the address in Virginia to my house and he was told $130. So it means this company steals from the elderly and needs to be shutdown.

Bad service and real bad attitude. Unprofessional. They tell you one price over the phone and once they pick you up they tell you another price. If you refused they just leave you there. I’m my case they told me to take the money and take a Uber back home. Unprofessional
