This is an unsolicited review. I sent a big box to El Salvador recently and it took only 3 weeks to make it to Central America. I didn't have to do anything, I just dialed their number and shortly afterwards they dropped off an empty box of my preference at my front door. I dialed them back when the box was full and that's it, they picked it up and good bye. Relatives of mine have also used their services and they have nothing to say but good things. Note that they Salvadoran customs have also improved so yeah, it's been a good experience on both sides. So if you had a bad experience it is probably your home country customs. I'll rate their service as 5 out of 5 and will used them again without hesitation.

Since my sister sent a box in August and it hasn't been delivered, I do not recommend this business. They claim it's a customs issue, but I'm very confident DHL wouldn't cause this kind of delay.

My family sent 2 barrels more than 2 months ago and it still has not arrived to Central America. They said it’s there but the company that is holding them are responsible for release. So they have no power what so ever to make sure a package that they took doesn’t get delivered properly? makes no sense. All that money and trust for what, to say it’s not up to them. They give you an approximate time but it’s been more than that.

Parents sent three boxes to Guatemala, every box had valuable items stolen. Included in the stolen items where a laptop, new handbags, and new shoes. Company does not take responsibility. Avoid, at all costs. If you cant avoid using this company then don't put any valuable goods.
