On 8th May 2024 we had placed for a removal service through Sea from London to Bangalore comprising 9 items in total wherein today 20th July 2024 when we received the shipped items the zip of one of baggage is broken and the baggage has been received in open condition ( the protective black tape has been found removed). The Indian counterpart had asked us for the passcode for opening the baggage, even after providing the same promptly the baggage is fully damaged. This is absolutely not expected from Transworld after waiting for 73 days the service received is horrific. I will require an explanation from Transworld ASAP.

The whole process from Hong Kong to the UK was accurate and there was no charge. I also have a very heavy piano. They are simply amazing.

The service attitude of this company is very excellent . Their staff are attentive and arrive at the destination on time. Each box is intact and not damaged. We have hired this company for more than 3 years to provide services for the transportation process. It is a complete one-stop service from sending the packaging box to receiving it. Besides, colleagues from UK sides are also very helpful especially delivering team. I eventually received all my family belongings within the period I expected. Thank you very much.

This is the first time we have shipped 62 boxes from Hong Kong to the UK. All of the staff were professional, and they gave clear instructions at every key stage. Two months later, I received the boxes, and they were no damage and looked exactly the same as on the packing date. I would recommend Transworld to all of my friends.
