Movers no showed and were unresponsive day of the move. I had booked a move on 3/23 at 8am for a move with traust about 2 weeks in advanced. At the time of booking I had asked for email confirmation, which they said they would send. They did not send the email About a week later, I followed up with them to ask if the move has been confirmed and if I could get an email. They confirmed the move is scheduled and that they would send the email. However they still did not send the email. The day before the move, I called 3 times to confirm the move since I did not receive an email confirmation, but was not able to reach anyone. They did not respond to my voicemails. Come day of the move, no one showed up. We called many times and left a few voicemails with no response. This has been a terrible experience and we are now scrambling to find movers on a short deadline. I would not recommend traust. They are not traustworthy.

We hired Traust Moving for our long distance move from Bay Area, CA to Seattle, WA. Their service price was the most reasonable that we saw! The move went smoothly, I only deducted a star because on the day of our move they were scheduled to arrive between 9-11am. They ended up arriving at 12:45pm, putting me behind schedule for the moving errands I wanted to run that day. Our things made it to Seattle on time and everything was intact. Only our dresser arrived a bit damaged, but Ilya (the representative I was in contact with the whole time) had great customer service. He honored our basic insurance (60 cents/lb) and offered a reimbursement in a timely manner. He did not try to shirk responsibility at all and I really appreciated that! I would definitely use Traust again for moving services.

This is the BEST moving company I have ever used! The two movers I was assigned to went above and beyond, taking great care for my things and also placing the furniture in the new apartment. (They had a great memory of where it was placed in the old apartment! Lol!) I've been burned by moving companies in the past, so this was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Was given a quote, with the understanding that it could possibly change a bit. Instead of changing my quote, or in any way adjusting, they decided to take about a third of what I had leave everything else and charge me $4000 for it. The movers themselves were lovely people but clearly no one is in charge and no one is managing any aspect of this. After arriving at my new home well after midnight, we just had them put the few items they did decide to bring into our garage. It was the middle of the night! We couldn’t have them moving things into our home at 1 in the morning! Upon being questioned about the rest of our belongings, still 150 miles away, they suggested that we hire another moving company to ‘finish our move’. I just paid you guys $4000 for my move, why would I have to hire another company to do it? I reached out to attempt some resolution and was told that I could rehire this company for another $4000 to do a move I’ve already paid for. I’m shocked. If anything at the beginning of the move was going to result in me getting a third of my stuff dumped in my garage in the middle of the night, why on earth would they have taken my money to not do what they said they would do? I’m being charged a daily penalty at my old apartment, can’t afford to hire new movers to do a job I already paid for, and got told to hire a new company in the middle of the night, after being told at 1 in the morning that most of my stuff was still 150 miles away. I have no options, have lost most of my belongings because I can’t afford to hire new movers and I’m devastated. To say this company’s poor practices have ruined my life doesn’t feel like an overstatement. I literally am losing my things. It’s like surviving a devastating fire where you lose everything you had. Im heartbroken, please do yourself a favor and run as fast and as far away from these fraudsters as you can.

Overpromised and Grossly Undelivered. We did our homework before securing a mover. Sales pitch...Perfect, on point but laden with lies. Everything about our long distance move went wrong. From less than number of movers promised, to countless, extremely expensive and exquisite, one-of-kind items broken, crushed, shattered items that had survived countless moves unscathed. When I sent pictures and video to our customer "service" contact for this move, she said, "This damage looks intentional" and committed to making us as whole as possible after a disastrous move. She stopped answering our calls and texts. The (supposed) manager and sales rep both disappeared when reaching back for resolution to this debacle, both refusing to answer our calls and texts. If you count on your move being handled professionally, your belongings being handled with care and without incident or lies, look elsewhere. I would give negative stars, if it was an option.
