Never been to the store but they got a dj to blast really loud music out into the quad at Santana row where people are trying to enjoy the ambiance, not be forced to listen club music in the middle of a Saturday. It's also in direct competition with a live artist trying to perform. Lots of kids and families around too...wrong crowd guys
