Tri-state one rate moved me from Philly to NYC and while it was not seamless, they really pulled me through each sticky situation. From fixing glass that was broke during the move to replacing a desk that was broken during my move as well. Not only did they redeliver those items, but stopped at nothing to make sure the desk fit into my office. Their prices are comparable and the team is nothing but polite. Moving is terrible and never without hiccups, but TriState One Rate really made it less stressful.

Tri state relocated us from Philly to the Bronx and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Pre-move, someone was always available by phone to discuss logistics and cost and on the day of the movers were super efficient. Customer service was excellent and overall they made a stressful event much easier. Highly recommended!

I used tri state moving & storage for the 2nd time my couch was to big to make the turn from the stairway to my apartment door kyle and his team pulled my huge heavy couch up to my terrace on the 3rd floor quick & safe I recommend tri state movers if i ever move again i will call tri state movers and so should you there hole team from there people in there office were very courteous & helpful I give the TRI STATE MOVING & STORGE team a BIG A+ Carl Cardile Antonette Cassese

This is 100% a company that should be shut down. My experience with this company was a complete disaster and I will be following up in claims court. 3 red flags you should be aware of: 1. Full Payment requested in the before completion- require payment in the middle of relocation before your belongings are at your new place 2. Will leave couches or other large belongings in hallway if the can’t fit them through door (they will not try and remove door) 3. Large lunch breaks on your dime I would encourage anyone to make sure if they hire this company to make sure they monitor them and have two to three friends with them as they will certainly attempt to intimidate you
