Stay away please. Bunch of incompetent and sluggish agents delaying processes in every possible way. Not responding to emails and calls. Slow payout. DNU. Just sort all their reviews by lowest to highest here and on DAT and you will find the truth about this brokerage and their practices. If you are looking to experience all the headaches and nightmares by doing business with them then go ahead. We are trying to live in a less stress environment considering our short time being on this planet.

Stay away from JOSH KOSHIOL at this company, booking loads and shopping for cheaper trucks. The fact that they are asking their own employees to leave reviews to boost their ratings speaks for itself. This used to be a good company.

After giving these people over 24 hours of my life I come to find out they misrepresented the load and it’s destination, then they insist I take the load in a direction away from where I need to be for not near enough compensation, this is typical of bottom end freight brokers, lies and deception. Absolutely will never haul a load for this company ever again. And the cute part is for my wasted day they finally come up with a 10 cent truck order not used, what an insult.

They deserve 0 stars trident is HORRIBLE! DO NOT do any business with this company! They Don't want to pay lumper fees They ask the drivers to pay it and no answer when you want to be reimbursed because I'm going through exactly what the reviews saying about them being negative. I've been sitting at this warehouse for 20 hrs CALLING trident and still no answer. I can't get the BOL because trident DOES NOT want to answer to pay the lumper fee! If you have any sincere love for your trucking business, DON'T work with trident! I PROMISE 💯💯💯
