We’re quote $4k for the move. When the movers came to pickup our items, they charged us an additional $8k (Total $12K) and we had no choice but to pay because the start date of my new job. Our items didn’t get delivered until 7 weeks later. Our family with 2 small children slept on air mattresses for almost two months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst mistake….

One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. They quoted my move as being 250 sq ft. They then contracted out with a company called "We Care For You". This company charged me for 500 sq ft of space even though the truck driver told me it only took 170 sq ft of space. Additionally, the delivery of my stuff was a month and a half late. The stuff arrived mostly intact with minor damage to a couple of pieces of furniture and a scratch on the TV. While most of this is on "We Care For You", it is Trinity's job to ensure that they hire reputable subcontractors. The fact that after telling them that "We Care For You" was a month and a half late and overcharged significantly their response was "We've never had any problems with them before". This is grossly irresponsible. I actively go out of my way to recommend against using Trinity or "We Care For You".

The company completely ghosted me after I asked to cancel my move. They still owe me my 50% refund per my contract and I am now having to pursue legal action because no one has responded to my dozens of emails and phone calls. Scammers
