Used these idiots 5 years ago and to this day they still have not kept one promise. Do not use this company, they will steal from you, once you sign their contract, you will not be able to get in contact with them again. The company they sent to transport my furniture was some no name people that broke a few items, they apologized but never got it replaced. They suck. I would give them a 0 star if they one. Then I had one of the associates call me tell me they would refund what I was overcharged ONLY if I remove the bad review.

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING!
Do not use this company. They will tell you you’re getting a flat rate, you’re not. They’ll tell you they will be there at a specific time, they won’t. They will lose some of your furniture and break some too. They will tell you they are going to reassemble what they took apart., they won’t. In all actuality they will show up with no tools and to put the icing on the cake they will leave furniture that doesn’t belong to you at your house and even when you tell them they won’t come back to get it...... most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with in my life....... I promise you it is not worth using them.... If you use them will being nothing but completely disappointed and frustrated. Watch out for jay he’s a fast talker will lie to you. Then they write a response saying they moved me in two days.... umm no buddy try I gave you two weeks. Also they say with the budget you had ummm I paid over a thousand dollars more than you quoted..... you guys are a joke. Also I’m not sure breaking my furniture and not reassembling it constitutes getting the job done. He did what he had to do people that’s what he said in his response. Yes absolutely, did what he had to do to make sure he got my money. I am willing to bet most of the five star reviews are phony. I’m telling you people if you use this company you will regret it...check bbb and it will show you how many complaints they’ve actually had I should have did this before I used these guys......also they never reached out to fix this after they said they would....and this is how they really feel.... he texted me and said I need to move on shit happens... not oh sorry we broke your things let us make it right. Please people DO NOT USE TRINITY VAN LINES.. you will pay dearly…..

DO NOT HIRE! These people are the most underhanded people ever. They lie on recorded calls, tell you XYZ is supposed to happen then AHP happens.
This is not a stress free company. Make sure you buy extra insurance because they will destroy your goods and not blink an eye. They subcontract out to “movers” who then subcontract out.
They do not adhere by dates for pick up. You are overcharged on CF because of dishonesty. If you have any medical conditions that cause you undo stress, this is not them.
This company put me in a state of crisis and blew me off, refused to answer emails, repeatedly lied because no one can touch them.

I booked a reservation with Trinity Van Lines through Alexis and paid a mixture of a binding deposit/admin origin fees. Within an hour of the booking I had to cancel. I called Alexis and she informed me that $250 of the deposit was non-refundable and the remaining $925 was the binding deposit which would be reimbursed after accounting had seen my cancellation email. The next day I received a text from the Customer Care number about my upcoming move. I decided to call the number to make sure that move was cancelled. The person I spoke to told me the entire deposit was nonrefundable because I booked two weeks before the move. This is a lie as it was over two weeks (18 days). She also told me Alexis would never tell me a portion of the deposit would be reimbursed. I noted to her that the phone calls are recorded and she indeed told me this. There were two documents that contradicted each other when I made the deposit. One that stated the deposit was nonrefundable and another stating the binding deposit was refundable within three days of cancellation from the original reservation date. The customer care person told me that language was for people booking a month in advance. The document does NOT mention any time frames for deposit refund eligibility other than the three days notice. I do not understand for the life of me how an entire deposit becomes nonrefundable less than one hour after reservation. Alexis was able to talk to dispatch and confirm the move date and time frame for drop off on a truck already heading to the coast we were moving to. I could have hung up and not paid a cent for the “logistics” the deposit paid for. Also, the contract states the deposit is only to reserve trucks, labor, supplies in their schedule. Not to be used right away. Finally, this company offers credit if you cancel in the sum of your deposit if you use their services within a year. The money obviously is not used right away for logistics. Anyone who cancels would receive a credit straight from the company’s pocket if that were the case. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. This is a very unprofessional business that takes money from people without providing a service.

The following review IS in fact intended for Trinity Van Lines, Inc.
UPDATE: This is the right company. They do have record of me. I used this specific page to call them multiple times for my move from Nebraska to Oregon. I will not delete the review because its accurate on the experience I had with them.
By far the worst moving experience I have ever had. Movers did not arrive for the first two scheduled pick-up dates, then did not arrive for the original scheduled delivery date. When they did finally arrive, as I was okay with waiting since they did mention it could take a while after the original scheduled delivery date, I had several damaged items, including a brand-new TV I JUST purchased in October as well as a missing item. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Trust the other reviews you read. They are there on purpose. They will post saying 'everyone has the wrong company!' but that is simply not the truth. They have consistent 1 star ratings for a reason, and it's not just for fighting with every person that leaves them a 1 star rating.
