We ordered tables for an outside patio that buckled under their own weight. We sent in pictures to get them replaced and were told since the product was faulty they would assemble them at the warehouse when we picked them up. When we got there all they did was replace the bases without assembling the tables. The same problem occurred. That could be why they decided not to assemble them there. With any weight on the table the rod that supported the table easily bent. At that point I had rented a U Haul to pick up the first order and again to pick up what should have been assembled tables. I called again and the person I spoke to admitted they were having issues with those tables and they would exchange them again. I put the tables aside until I had the time to get down there for a third time and they were thrown away by by mistake. I needed more furniture for the restaurant and asked if I could get store credit and the sales lady said no because I couldn't make it back down there for the third time. I'd just order online if I were you.

Dealt with Jam bought 7 Bolt down stools where shipped to me here in New York.... My experience with Jam was flawless she was very helpful and to the point my stools came quickly and were of excellent quality I'm very satisfied I definitely recommend them!!!

Ordered furniture but didn't get it all delivered as promised. It felt like they didn't care because they were paid and oh well too bad you didn't get all you ordered. Manager was too busy being right to be helpful in correcting the situation. This is the second time we purchases furniture for our restaurant. Probably not going to buy from them again.

They swapped the price tag and I have proof. I took a picture of what I wanted and when I went back a day later the price was almost $100 higher....so disappointed that I didnt want to argue...just bought my item and left with over $400 in my pocket. I'll buy my mattress elsewhere.
