The owner, James Banks a.k.a. “June Bug”, does not know the first thing about customer care. Extremely disrespectful on the phone. His drivers drove through my neighbors yard and would not even try to fix it or figure out another option. The days of the customer being right are long gone in this guys book. If you are wanting a company that puts their customers first then this company isn’t for you!

If you folks have heavy equipment and you aren't letting Triple JB move it then your cheating yourself. They get you there on time every time. Best in the business and you won't find any better for your dollar.
