Finished the background check and urinalysis as a former Amazon DSP driver, looking to get hired to a new area. Just trying to get to the training phase took forever. Phone calls promised from supervisors that never came. In the dark for multiple days not knowing what's happening next, just to be told that training isn't going to be conducted until the summer now, with no official date.

Management is horrible. They claim to help you but they don’t. Peter in management will not help you at all. The vans are old. They can’t offer help for simple requests like an extra phone for work. Make sure you have data to use your own phone because you will most of the time. Also, they don’t hand out portable batteries. This is the worst DSP in Mahwah, NJ. Work for another DSP instead of this one

Triple S logistics will treat you like trash. You won’t progress in the company. The vehicle are not safe to drive and they will still use them. HR won’t fight for your rights with complain’s. The owner doesn’t know how to run the company and is barely there. The supervisor only give shift to people he likes. He will make employees come to work and then send them back home. They make the employees quit because they don’t want to fire them so they won’t pay unemployment to the employees. The supervisor make bad joke making all the few female employees uncomfortable and some of the guys. The supervisor said to some employees that he doesn’t wear any underwear. He tell all new applicant that the girls in the company are hot making them uncomfortable. If I could give 0 stars for this company I would. The owner and HR are siblings, so any complain will get you fired. Be careful what you say around some employees, they will say it to the supervisor and you will lose your shift.

Best Job I may have ever had Management stern but assisted in all aspects. Staff was cool. No Complaints for me bruh, real talk. 🍻 . Only issue is Dear & Bears!!! 😓
