We had a driver named Calvin drive us. He drove six hours one way with youth on the bus and prohibited them from using the bathroom or stopping. He was rude disrespectful, we tried to contact the owners, we had them for 9 days. He did not clean the bus, he did not do anything, except talk disrespectfully to us all! at one point he stopped on a bridge on the freeway and just sit there he talked to both the youth as well as our chaperones very disrespectfully. We have not been able to contact the owner. They refused to give us any contact information on how to talk about this very serious situation.

I will never rent a bus through another company again. I have used Triumph Transportation on multiple occasions and they have always been incredibly reliable, timely, and accommodating.

Never used the service but we just had the displeasure of seeing two of your busses in a 55 mph zone. My SIL was going 60-65 and your busses blew past us and then one passed another car in front of us forcing a truck in the oncoming lane to take the side of the road. VERY unsafe practices!

Our school contracted Triumph to travel to Atlanta, Georgia. The company itself was very professional throughout the process and arrived to our school on time. Unfortunately they hired a bus driver (Jamie) who stayed with us for the 3 days. She was extremely unfriendly and continuously told us what she "wasn't going to do". She continued to tell us she was over on her hours and couldn't make accommodations that were a part of our itinerary. She barely spoke to us even when greeted, made stops without telling us what was going on, and constantly acted irritated with every request (which were very few). She stayed on the phone and only answered us by text which made it difficult to be clear on information. I could understand this behavior if we were rude or disruptive, but our students and parents were completely respectful throughout the trip. Although the trip was a success, this driver's negative attitude made each encounter uncomfortable from the beginning to the end.
