if you’ve never shipped anything, you definitely wanna talk to these people and figure out what’s going on first. Don’t be like me and think I’m gonna roll down to the port and load my equipment 🤣🤣🤣 I’m moving all my equipment to St. Croix USVI so of course Tropical shipping is the first place you have to go. Thing is if you’ve never done this before it’s a eye-opener in some cases, jaw dropper, especially when you get a bill that’s a lot more than what you thought it was gonna be. But with that said the sales agent, Miss Francis in st croix and the customer service agent, Mr. Earl Hollis sr Were Rockstars in helping me to get my issues worked out which were many lol😂🤣🇻🇮🇻🇮🇻🇮🇻🇮🇻🇮🇻🇮🇻🇮👍👍👍 even the guys at the port who check your stuff in were Rockstars to me they helped me figure out stuff they talk to me about what I was doing. Everybody seem to care or was at least engaging. I still have a lot more stuff to move and doing business with these people and I’m hoping with this great review that I get special rates from now on hint, hint, hint🤣😆😂 Thank you, Tropical shipping for all your help in this endeavor. The people who work at this company are always closed. You can't deliver the packages. The guy comes out angry. The security guard only tells you that it's always closed and that if you don't go, he will call the police.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The absolute worst shipping company to deal with. Specifically the Riviera Beach port. My containers are delayed every shipment, communication is non existent, and no urgency to get your product released. Have communicated and voiced concerns on multiple occasions about the same issues. Spoke with Chad multiple times about the lack of communication and coordinating and its always excuses and no solutions. Ask to speak to his superior and have still not heard anything back in over 2 months. As this writing has occurred I have a container that was discharged from the vessel at 10:45AM on 1/30 it is now 1/31 @ 10:45 AM and container was just released from inspections. The inspections did not start until today 1/31. I have 2 containers left to ship with Tropical and we will be taking our business to Crowley. I would advise anyone looking for a shipping line DO NOT choose Tropical.
