I've had the pleasure of having Troy Humphrey moving and storage do our moves a couple times during and after my husband's military career! They're always phenomenal! Nicest people to work with! Their work is phenomenal!! This time we did a local move after buying a house here in Jacksonville where we settled. James and his crew were the absolute best!! I had the pleasure of knowing Donald when I lived here prior. He left a lasting impression on me friendship wise and business wise. I will always recommend this company to anyone moving. I use them once and they were great. After 3 years I had to move again. They were overpriced it's all a gimmick! You start paying when they leave their building. You stop paying when they return to the building. They juice you when they work 10 minutes over and you have to pay for a full hour. I paid for 3 hours that 1st time but it dud not take 3 hours to move me.

The service was excellent and affordable, also the team was very friendly and worked quickly. This was my second time using Troy Humphrey moving co. They are the best 👌.

After miscommunication with another company, they were willing to help me move that same day with no issues or complaints. I can not say enough good things about Troy Humphrey Moving + Storage. We were a unique situation. My husband and I were building a house and it was supposed to be finished in February of 2022 before he deployed in March. Long story short our house wasn't finished, the lease for our rental was up, my husband deployed and I was left to pack our house and move all by myself with our 1 year old. Troy Humphrey Movers not only moved my things for me but they also kept them in storage for me until our house was finished. They took such great care of our things and packed them up nicely. The team of guys who came were so kind and professional. They made sure to log each item and went over all the paperwork with me before leaving. Communication was great every step of the way. My son and I had to move back home to GA for 2 1/2 months while our home was finished and the Humphrey's team did a phenomenal job keeping me in the loop while I was away. When it came time to move me into my new home they brought each item in with care and placed it with ease. Not a single dent, scratch, scuff on any of my walls or items that they packed and brought in. Not a single item broken or damaged and every single item was present and accounted for. Being military we have moved 6 times in a 5 year period and when I say the Humphrey Moving team IS IT, I mean it. I have never been more thankful for such a kind, caring and professional group of people. They were willing to work with me and my unique situation. I can NOT recommend them enough!
