Avoid at all costs. My fleet management company contacted Troyz at 11:00 am for a tow because of a dead battery. The wait time was two hours which was understandable. After the initial wait time things went sideways. After dodging our calls their dispatch repeatedly gave different time estimates and reasons for the delay in service. All the while leaving me on the side of the road in the dark as to when/if someone would ever show up. Not to mention the patients I needed to deliver prescriptions to now have to wait an extra day for their meds because honesty apparently isn't company policy over at Troyz. If you can't do a job, don't take the job. An entire day of business for a small pharmacy was blown for nothing. Hopefully I never need their services again cause I doubt I'd actually get it.

Kris did a phenomenal job taking care of my car and delivering it. My car battery died and jumping it didn’t help so we contacted this tow company and they sent the most reliable person possible. He came in the time he said he’d come, operated fast, and wasted no time. He handled my car with care. 10/10 would recommend him.

Called to set up a tow and was told it would be an hour. After waiting an hour and a half I called to check the status and I was told the driver’s truck was down when he got in it but he didn’t call me. So I had to pay more for a tow from a different company since it was a priority now. So this company cost me more because of their miscommunication and no attempt to make it right. I used to use Troy’s for my fleet from time to time but not anymore! First coast towing will definitely take care do you because Troy’s won’t!

Richard was extremely helpful! He communicated everything that was going on with my car every step of the way. He even picked up my keys when I was at dinner to get the process started asap. Once he arrived arrived at the glass shop, he called to tell me that the car was dropped safely and sent me the phone numbers to the glass office so I could follow up in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. Thank you!!

Was booked by my roadside assistance company with 2 1/2 hr projected response time. At 59 minutes remaining they decided they could not or would not complete the tow they had accepted leaving us sitting along side I 95 for 3 additional hours (+ 3 to even get them booked). Seems some jobs ARE too big ( or maybe too small, not enoigh $$ ). I would look elsewhere.
