The 5 Stars are for the Drivers and movers! Awesome people! They need to be working where they would appreciated! Not for someone that appreciates nothing! Steals an cheats from people who work themselves to death! I worked there around 20 years an I have customers that have become lifetime friends and their appreciation is what made me always try to be the best I could be and made me feel good about what I did! I had top miles several years and never had an accident and my driving record perfect! I was fired for no other reason than I already had the miles to receive my yearly bonus of 6 to 7 thousand dollars. She gave me maybe $2000. All the drivers know how hard I worked and it is shocking that she did this to me! I had a stroke several years back in Arizona. I went from the hospital to the truck working again. I had a triple hernia and they didn't get me in for surgery on scheduled date. So the insurance wouldn't pay! I continue to work 2 more years in pain until I was fired to avoid my bonus that I worked hard as I could for. She is a ferm believer in if something gets damaged try to hide it from the customer! But our Professional Drivers never would do that because they are professionals. Plus they have employees write fake reviews!

Everything about my move was handled professionally and promptly. From receiving the estimate to the actual move, the process was seamless. The movers called to notify their arrival time, household items and art were carefully handled and packed and belongings and car were whisked away to arrive safely from Maine to NC. Terrell was the “captain of the ship” so to speak, an experienced mover who could handle the entire move if he had to…strong and creative packing skill One more move awaits and I’ll definitely use TruPak again.

I recently used Tru-Pak for my long distance move and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The crew showed up on time and were very courteous and professional and my belongings arrived in perfect condition. I won't hesitate to use them again.

This entire experience with Tru-Pak was doomed from the beginning. I’d give less than one star if it were possible. The movers basically told us their challenge was to pack my house in one day - their objective was speed, not quality, and that was evident on the end. Not a single piece of furniture was wrapped or protected. Many items not even wrapped in paper or packed in boxes (ex. My kids toothbrushes and countertop items thrown openly into the bathroom’s waste bin). A large paper art print was rolled, FOLDED, and stuffed into a box. My military uniforms were treated like dirt. Couches torn, furniture scratched, the list goes on. Instead of meeting me on day two at my old home before departing for the destination (as agreed), the movers just took off for my destination and left an entire bathroom without packing it, along with several drawers in the kitchen. I was dumbfounded. At the end of it all, their insurance company was not willing to stand behind them. It’s obvious that they have issues with competence at Tru-Pak; the real problem is that they can’t be TRUSTED to make it right. I’ll make it easy for you, choose someone else.

I hired Tru-Pak to do a small move for me from a storage unit to my house. The men showed up on time and looking very professional. All 3 guys were very nice and well mannered. They did an excellent job! Will definitely be using them on my next move!
