This place will always attempt to get out of warranty work, I have a M2106 with 26,000 miles on it, drive shaft just fell out while driving down the road, I have audio and video showing no noise or warning this was going to happen. Wanted to charge me over 3,000.00 dollars ( no damage to driveshaft by the way) so I had it picked up from them I knew there would be a check out fee 448.00, but to charge me to determine is warranty would cover it they charged me another 448.00, then on top of that they charged 134.40 in misc supplies which they did not use. I strongly suggest you find somewhere/anywhere else to take you trucks.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this dealership and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. these guys are complete rip off and liars. Our truck was in their dealership for almost 15 days and we were charged falsely for the job which was not even required. they are really unprofessional that they couldn't even diagnose the exact problem in truck but they keep on charging extra . at last we had to tow our truck from their shop to somewhere else and got it fixed within a day . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Wow So many bad reviews for this dealer. I was very nervous to come here for recall repairs seeing the reviews. Will see how it goes. The driver lounge looks like what I’d imagine a visitor waiting room at a prison would look like. Dirty chairs a tv and a water cooler is all they have. These are very expensive vehicles I’d expect the waiting room to be much nicer.

I've read numerous negative reviews about the service and sales departments, though I haven't personally dealt with them. However, today I contacted the parts department in search of a hard-to-find part for my Freightliner Motorhome. I spoke with a woman who was incredibly helpful in locating the part for my 20-year-old RV. She was upbeat, positive, and professional, with a great sense of humor that made my phone experience truly enjoyable. Because of her, I would definitely consider returning for any future parts needs. I regret not getting her name to let her company know about the excellent job she did. If they figure out who she is, they should give her a raise and keep her around (or else we might steal her for our own company)!

Went in for a PM, an this is not the first time this has happened. They are not helpful at all. They keep your truck longer then they say. They fix one thing but when you get your truck back u need something else fix that was nothing wrong with it. All bad , something needs to be done about this!!! If I could give no stars I would!!!! An this is how we got our truck back!!!
