If I could give zero stars I would. Chosing this company is probably my biggest regret to date. This process has felt traumatic. We were told by the sales department that our stuff would be delivered within 4-7 days from our first available date of delivery. Our first available date was Oct 1st. Guess when they finally got around to delivering our furniture? Today! Nov 19th! I am livid as I am reliving this to write this review. We moved to start a new job and we're recent graduates so money has been tight. I had to buy a whole new work wardrobe because I only packed for what I was told - 4-7 days! I had 3 weeks before work and called the company almost every day during that time only to get a lot of words and empty promises. Then they finally got around to delivering it after our attorney sent a letter. If having to live in an empty house and sleep on an air mattress for 6 weeks wasn't enough, they tried to increase our balance at delivery and, when we challenged this random upcharge, they threatened to have the driver take our stuff back to whatever warehouse they have been holding it hostage. It felt like theft, so I called the police. The officer was super patient and, of course, this was a civil matter and the office couldn't do much but he was helpful in mediating the situation. We eventually worked out after HOURS of back and forth and a lot of tears from me. This company will reel you in with a low price and then take advantage of you when you're desperate to have your belongings. If I could give this company a review with negative stars I would. Do not believe these bogus good reviews that clearly the owner's friends have written. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!! They are are disrespectful, malicious and WICKED. Also, many of our things are broken or torn. Our 65" tv? Came with only one leg. I hope it turns on. The tv console? Seems they had it standing on its side on a screw. So now it has a screw indentation along with a whole lot of scrapes and scratches. Terrible terrible terrible business. Stay away from them. I can't say enough about the absolutely horrible experience we had with them.
Edited to add about our 65" tv. It came with one leg broken off and the screen cracked. When we turned it on, it did turn on but had bubbles where the screen was cracked. We are so disappointed with how our things were handled. I HATE this company and hate that we had to go through this terrible experience.

RUN, do not walk , AWAY from this company! First of all, consumers should be aware that this is a broker, meaning that they sub contract out to folks with trucks to move your stuff. I moved from San Francisco to Cape Cod and every aspect of the move was an utter disaster. Upon arrival to pick my stuff up, the first trucker showed up in a broken down truck. It took almost 6 hours to resolve the situation. There is ZERO communication from this company to the customer. The fine print on their contract is written in such a way that they are not responsible for much. I thought my stuff would arrive on 8/5/22 and I began calling weekly shortly thereafter. No one could locate my stuff or tell me the status of the move. When I finally did get a call from the mover ONE NIGHT before they were to arrive, they asked for CASH for the final payment. I found this odd. When the “truck” arrived, it was a large trailer that was attached to a pick up truck. There were large cracks on the side of the truck. The driver didn’t speak English, so it was impossible to communicate with him. The worst part of it…Half of my stuff was completely WATER LOGGED and RUINED. Please see pics below. This company is a SCAM. I will be following up and filing claims with the sub contractor, US MOVING, who was responsible for the drive cross country.

DO NOT USE!! Their communication is non-existent, unless they want to get paid. Never received a confirmation on what day they were arriving, only knew because the drivers called the night before to tell us they were enroute and will be there in the morning. After our stuff was picked up we had 1 week between closings so David told us our stuff would be delivered that Friday or latest Sunday. I called that week to confirm that everything was still confirmed and set for the weekend. I was told I'd receive a call back when he figured it out. We'll we waited for a phone call about what day they'd arrive, never received one. Following Monday and Tuesday my husband got ahold of customer support and she couldn't help other than to call dispatch and said she'd call back, never did, so my husband called again, no answer. Finally after back and forth for 2 days we were told our stuff would be delivered next Tuesday, that's another week without our stuff. No reason why, no excuses nothing just your stuff will be delivered next Tuesday, 9 days after our latest day they said they were going to deliver. Than I receive a call from the movers saying they are enroute Saturday. We received our stuff Sunday instead of Tuesday which was nice a couple days early.
BUT once we started setting up stuff we realized they had broke our 70" TV, random holes, scratches and indents on our dresser and nightstands. Our leafblower and ladder were never delivered.
They have horrible customer service. There is absolutely no communication after the initial setting up of our move. Calls and voice-mails go unanswered. They don't know what's going on ever they just tell you that they will get back to you and never do. Horrible company.

Stay away from this company. If you choose this company as your movers trust me you will be in big trouble. I have never interacted with any company which handles the business in a horrible way like they do in my whole life. They will damage your furniture. Please don't fall for their reasonable price. That won't be your final estimate. You will end up paying more. Jordan, Donna, and the customer service lady who handles quality assurance everything looks like a scam. I wonder how the company is still keeping the license active. The drivers they hire are extremely unprofessional and try so hard to get more money from you.

Find any other company to move with! This company is an absolute disaster. Despite a great sales team that said you will never be uncharged, they are local and never outsource, and that my sales rep would be my "move councilor" for all my needs. They took over 45 days to move (after telling me my stuff would be there in 3 days! I changed plans and flew to the destination to meet them), they only took cash, they outsourced 2 times, they uncharged for everything, they held my items hostage on the truck until I paid more, many of the items arrived damaged, they delivered numerous boxes of someone else's stuff, and when I tried to seek damaged all insurance claims were denied after months of waiting. I called hundreds of times and they never returned a single phone call, I filed with Better Business asking them to respond and they never did. DO NOT MOVE WITH True American Van Lines!
