True Vine Transportation company treated me very well. The delivery arrived early, and although I didn't have the easiest space at my residence for True Vine Transportation to deliver, I was accommodated by the delivery worker, He managed to safely pass through my narrow driveway and deliver the freight into my backyard, He also checked everything on the freight before leaving it at my residence. I would definitely use True Vine Transportations services again.

At least one of their fleet drivers is oblivious or perhaps arrogant? True Vine Transport truck driver unresponsive to warning honks as he merged into my lane, with nowhere for me to go. Had the truck next to me not been able to move into the emergency lane, my Honda Fit would have been pancaked between the True Vine Transport truck and another large cargo truck. No apology or acknowledgment. Within the span of one block, he did it again. Hwy 1 north at Mission St., Santa Cruz, CA, September 19, 2023. Witness and photos of truck available. Tried to contact the company by phone, but there was no answer.
