Made me go out and by my own packing materials; moving blankets, plastic wrap, and straps. I was told that would all be provided by they said “since you’re out shopping you should get it” Even after we bought all the materials for them, they left several fragile items (wood furniture, grill, etc) unprotected, so I’m very nervous on what state my belonging will be when I receive them, as there was noticeable damage on several items they packed already. They left the grill with the propane attached and the knobs turned on, we’re lucky they didn’t start a fire. We removed the propane ourselves.. They packed several things we asked them to keep out and we had to go searching for those items. Made us take apart and move several items. They didn’t even pack everything we asked them to pack. The next day we had to unpack half the POD to rearrange and fit the remaining items they did not pack. They swore profanities at each other the whole time which I found really inappropriate. When they used the restroom, they missed the toilet. At the end, one mover was smoking and said “we accept tips” after they sent us out and made us buy all that packing material. Obviously we gave them a tip, but it’s so disrespectful to say that. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know, I have been actively telling people to avoid them.

They milk the clock and are unprofessional. My furniture was damaged because it was not tied down. They couldn't get my refrigerator out but my friends were able to. They left before everything was loaded and returned at 8:30 at night. I complained and requested a different crew but was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee. They told their boss it took longer because there was a piano not listed. They did not move the piano. They were scheduled to unload me two days latter and never showed up or returned calls. I took a day off work and will be sleeping in a hotel until a replacement crew can be found. These guys are bad news.

The owner sent a mover out to California for us. He helped load a 26 ft truck with a dolly for our SUV. We drove in our car to Arkansas. The only thing broken was a lamp the my husband and I threw on the back of the truck last minute. So it was our fault. No biggie. Great people. Hard workers.

We found Turn Back Time Movers through Hire a Helper. They were highly recommended to help us load two moving PODS we had ordered. Their team was amazing; it is clear they have experience on their side. They made the most of our storage containers - in a way we NEVER could have done without them. The team was early and completed the job within the quoted time. Very satisfied with their work.

This company moved me two times in the past and it all went well. This time, there was jewelry, cash, and a passport stolen. Upon calling the police, one of the movers ran and was arrested for an outstanding warrant. The company would not provide me a response or the company's insurance company. They messed up one drawer I had to have fixed and did not put beds back together like they had in the past. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company. I only recommend a company with insurance and a written contract.
