Going the extra mile to do the right thing doesn't even begin to explain how exceptional these folks are. I was contacted by them approximately 7 months after my dear uncle passed away. Unbeknownst to the family, my uncle had about a half dozen small storage units rented with Turner Moving & Storage. They could have simply written my uncle off for non payment and sold the items in the lockers for pennies and that would have been the end of it. They could have said it's just business and moved on. Then we would have lost countless family photos and memories. Instead they spent months trying to track down my uncle, or his next of kin... and that ended up being me. I can't give them enough stars for thinking outside the box and about the people and circumstances behind their business. Special thanks to Amanda for being so thoughtful and helpful.
