Worst broker I ever booked a load with. Took a reefer load next day delivery 6 am. After being there for 10 hours the rejected the load due to quality. It has been 29 hour and no answer weather to dump the product or redeliver somewhere else. They are waiting for us to make the wrong move so they can file a claim against our insurance. I would never ever book a load with them again it has been 2 days and my team 2 drivers in one truck still not empty.

Scam company, they do not use the corrent MC number on DAT, when you go to look for them on DAT they dont use the correct number, we booked a load, arrived to pick it up, they could not provide a pick number then ghosted us. I think we dodged a bulllet on this one. would rather miss out on a TONU then non payment after hauling the load.

I recently had a terrible experience with a carrier that has been bombarding our company with over 100 emails regarding all our shipments, trying to book them all. This kind of spammy and unethical behavior is completely unacceptable. They are attempting to deceive and overbook without any genuine intention to fulfill the shipments.

Booked a load with broker Joe Z. my driver arrived to the pick up and needed and pick up number from the broker which was never provided and asked many times for it. they never responded any emails back. the lane was ID-OR.
