I had the best UPS experience here! My husband and I were struggling moving a big abject to return. There are no parking spaces right in front of the store, so the nearest spot is about 30 meter to the store, and there is a traffic in between. The box was not very heavy, but the it was too big to get a good grip. So we were having hard time turning it around and around, the most stupid way, to get into the store inch by inch. Surprisingly, the store staff noticed us from distance, and came out to ask us if we need help. And, she also offered a dolly to use without our request! Honestly, staff members everywhere, now a day, only mind their own business, and mostly just do the minimum requirements of their jobs to get paid. I felt very warm that I saw the original good deed of humankind value to being nice and offering assistance to people!

I had such an efficient and pleasant experience with the customer service at the store this morning. Despite it being a busy Saturday, I was surprised that my paper was printed in less than 10 minutes. When I arrived, there were about five customers ahead of me, and more kept arriving. Kevin did an amazing job staying calm, connecting with each customer, and responding to their needs efficiently. He took the time to answer all my questions and even helped me combine two documents into one for double-sided printing. Thank you! I highly recommend the UPS store, and I truly appreciate Kevin’s outstanding customer service!
