Been in trucking industry for eight years, I work with so many brokers but I never came across anybody close to “Twelve Point Logistics”. So professional and so helpful group of people. So understandable and if there is way to help you they will help you. Communication is amazing never had any issues, I did so many loads with them and they are amazing group of people. If I can give them ten starts I would. Any time you see load that they posting don’t wait call them. Thank you “Twelve Point” highly recommend them. They understand truck drivers and they always find solutions for any issues if drivers come across. Thanks to every person in “Twelve Point Locations”

Amazing service, all recommendations. Moved a couple of loads with Twelve Point, never had a bad experience. Last shipment we we're on, we had a slight delay at the receiving end, broker Josh responded in a matter of minutes and had it taken care of. Great communication and effectiveness. Keep truckin'

Rate them Big Zero. I booked load with Ben 7am. Drove 60 miles, got to shipper find out that He also booked the same with another carrier $200 less then what he had book us with. At 2pm when all the loads are being covered. Here is Ben telling me the load is cancel. Also didn’t want to pay (truck not being used) Waist of time and fuel. No honesty in this company.
