I met the owner Ryan to sign the contract. At that time I gave him a voided check in order to get a monthly discount on my rent. I got a call a few days after the 1st of the month when rent was due. He called demanding a card on file since my ACH was returned. I not only work for a financial institution but I had way more than enough to cover rent in my account. He said it was on me and not him. He was rude, and demanding only accepting a card. Plus, charged me 4 late fees for my ach rejecting. I emailed him my bank statement showing I had more than enough money on each occasion he tried to pull that 1st month’s rent. I asked for a ledger and asked he refund my card for the late fees. It took him over a week to respond and said he would apply it to following month’s rent. But, he said he would need to figure out what exactly he owed me. He finally called me (not to apologize) but, to tell me that he figured out what he had done wrong in regards to my ACH and asked for my account info again. Fast forward a month later. He still doesn’t have the ledger correct, owes me a refund and tells me he will “mail check”. Even after I asked him to refund my card, which is how I’ve paid since Being there. Terrible business man, not fiscally responsible and response time is horrible! Stay clear

The staffs are really nice! The place is very clean - especially during the renovations. And YES! They have a bathroom too! I thought that was odd at first, other storage unit didn't have one. Anyway... I definitely recommend this to anyone!

Facility is nice! But staff are impossible to get ahold of been calling for 2 days with no reply. The voice-mail box is full so you can't even leave a message.

Clean, secure, indoor, climate controlled and in a good area. Cars/SUVs can back into the garage unloading area but larger Uhaul or box trucks cannot.

Found this place after having issues with another storage facility in town. Just Opened and everything is squeaky clean NEW!!! Very friendly and who can beat $1 for my first month!!! You guys are great.
