I appreciated the detailed price overview, thought the boss knew what he was talking about. We wanted to pack some items ourselves, the boss brought boxes. Communication w the office went well. I thought the movers worked incredibly hard, were kind and respectful

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT HIRE TWIN OAKS!!!!! I am only about 1/5th of the way through unpacking my belongings and I have already found more damaged and broken items in this one move than I did in my previous FIFTEEN moves combined. The absolute NEGLIGENT disregard for the safety of my belongings crosses from sheer incompetence into DELIBERATE destruction. The damage claim I file will be long, thorough, and well documented and I will do absolutely everything in my power to ensure that Twin Oaks never receives another contact from the Navy again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I appreciate that this company has the owner come to your home and survey the job in person before preparing an estimate. That way there are no surprises the day of the move. The truck arrived promptly on our moving day with five pleasant and very hardworking movers. They carefully wrapped up all of the furniture and were quite efficient at loading up a home we had been in for over forty years. They were extra careful with the wood floors in both homes and with my piano. Nothing broke or got lost. We were very happy with our experience and plan to recommend Twin Oaks to friends who are considering a move. Bravo Twin Oaks!!!

Twin Oaks broke my 200 year old grandfather clock when moving it. They didn't pack it properly for the move, despite us discussing the specialist needs with the team before the move. On the day of the move their team promised they'd be in touch in a few days to arrange fixing it. Months later and they have stopped returning calls and messages and haven't arranged the repair they promised. I wouldn't use them again.

The gentleman that moved us were remarkable. Each and everyone of them took Great pride in wrapping, taking apart, and assembly of our future. Our furniture was stored by Twin Oaks for 4 days and was delivered by the same crew that moved us out. Again the gentleman took their time to unwrap, assemble, and place each and every item in its proper room. I Highly recommend Twon Oaks for anyone looking for a moving company. I must add each and everyone of the movers we had were professional, polite, and courteous, along with they all followed Corona protocol!
