I was quoted about $600 for a 2 man crew to move a 1 bedroom apartment (3 hr. min.). A 4 man crew showed up instead. They moved everything without damage, but requested to take a lunch after working only 2 1/2 hours. Long story short, I ended up paying almost double what my original quote was because it took 5 1/2 hours. How a 4 man crew took 5 1/2 hrs. to do a 2 man crew job quote is beyond me. The quote was nowhere near accurate. I feel cheated and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for movers.

Hoping to leave this review as also a warning for anyone deciding to use Two Men and a Truck. Recently had the unfortunate luck in using this company. They showed up at my apartment banging my furniture and shelves all over the place and left DEEP gouges onto my wooden flooring. I called the company to have this sorted, and lo and behold this "Damage Claims Manager" by the name of Daniel calls back and starts arguing over the phone, keeps denying all responsibility and refuses to show up. Kinda odd how the one managing the damage claim is also the one who lead the crew that damaged my apartment. Completely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and pick a different company.

Calvert and Daniel were a great team for our move. They were very professional, communicated all throughout the day, and took care of our stuff like it was their own. They also had such an upbeat, positive energy that made moving day much less stressful. We'd happily have the Two Men and a Truck team help us with our next move and recommend them to friends.
