Trucker 1931461 haul was a dangerous driver out on the road. Going back and forth on all lanes. Who ever is driving needs to be kicked out of the seat. Had his left blinker on for 12 miles

I’m a driver who was stuck at Walmart because my truck wouldn’t start. I called Tyler because I thought they were professionals. I spoke with her, and I believe her name was Melissa. I explained to her that we think it’s the starter, but I’m no mechanic. She suggested I start with someone coming out to see if it’s just a battery that needs jumping. My batteries were good. I told her the lights and horn were working fine. She sent the battery guy anyway. He stayed for about an hour. He didn’t even know where the starter was located on my truck. I had to show him. And then he told me someone else had to come out for the starter issue because he was an apprentice. Why would “you” send an apprentice to do a mechanic job? 🤯😡 Melissa called me back to tell me they found a starter but wouldn’t have it until the next day. Well, at this point, you can’t help me. If you are a roadside service company, I’d think you’d have parts readily available to complete the job. Long story short, they charged us 200+ dollars. I found someone else to do the job the same day, and they brought three guys out, and they had the starter on their shelf. I was rolling with a new starter in under an hour. Don’t waste your time with these guys if your truck breaks down on the side of the road. You’ll wait until the next day before they get the parts needed to fix your issue.

I'm a driver for a different carrier, local to the area. My supervisor recently sent me to Tyler Transport to have one of our trailers repaired. The company is not a big as I thought it would be. During the course of my 4-hour stay, I met several Tyler Transport employees, from Mr. Lee (the owner) to the Maintenance Director to the mechanics and some of the drivers. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. I was surprised they worked on outside carriers equipment. They said it was a way to for their shop to bring in revenue instead of just spending it. I was pleased with their work and recommend them to anyone needing medium or heavy duty repair work.
