i purchased 12 moving blankets to use during my move and the service agent at the store even acknowledged that i ordered 12 blankets verbally to me at the counter yet he didn't not put the moving blankets in the truck before pulling it around and giving me to the keys. When i returned the truck early i waited for the return agent for 20 minutes before they even came out and when they did come out they were rude and unprofessional and i stated very clearly to her that i did not receive the moving blankets i paid for and that i will need that 10 dollar charge deducted from my receipt she failed to do so and they went ahead and still charged me for the blankets i did not receive. shitty customer service and shitty attention to complete a very simple task. thumbs down

Representative (female) was rude and argumentative. Asked for a third person to call to verify the rental. I am assuming because my husband was black, he was not to be trusted. We have rented Uhaul trucks for the last 4 years for moving our kids to college. The return was just as bad, why is the attendant trying to put the credit card information on his phone. Never again!

Very helpful and friendly. I had made a reservation at the Marana Location on the 5th for a 20ft truck for the 10th. When I called to confirm before I drove over to get I was told they didn't have it and they should have told me at the time of reservation that it may not even be at that location. It would have been nice to know that up front. Needless to say the guys at the oracle location were able to help me out and get me the truck I needed. They made it a great experience with them. They were very friendly and helpful I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Thank you guys for a great job! You guys should send some over to the Marana location to train them how to run their location!

Suggest going somewhere else if you value your time and want a reliable, honest company with reliable trucks! Customer service is garbage and spent over 2hrs on phone with them only to be continuously transferred to out of state locations over and over till I exceeded rental time to extend the contract only for them to tell me sorry Sr you exceeded the allotted time…….i called hours prior to deadline but as mentioned they kept transferring me to out of state locations wasting my time. The truck broke down midway through the move as well only to be needing a tow ultimately because their mobile service couldn’t fix it! Complete waste of time, money , and will NEVER use U-Haul again never ever ever 😂 the staff is extremely unprofessional and simply ignorant uneducated and rude! I got MUCH better service elsewhere and treated with respect and professionalism! Like I said save your time and money this place is HORRIBLE!
