Reserved a uhaul in person and they said I would be okay to pick it up thuraday morning at 8am. Then they did not have the truck for me and I had to go somewhere else. Again, a few days later i called and asked to make a reservation, they said I had to go online but they did have a 15' truck available for when i needed it. I went online and reserved it. Went to pick it up and they sold it to someone else. Very frustrating.

Customer service was decent. No problems at all in and out with no appointment in less than 10 minutes. Got the truck it was a small one brand new. I give the whole experience a 4 out of 5. I will use this UHAUL again.
