Been waiting for over ten minutes for propane because the manager was to busy having a conversation about her tattoo. Then went to get another employee to end up doing it herself. This is a perfect example of horrible customer service.

I was very impressed by such a wonderful customer service. The girl that was working there on Saturday was so helpful, kind and the way she was multitasking wow!!!unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was working with the manager and he was also a very nice guy. She was so fast that we didn't have to wait. EXCELLENT STUFF!!!.

I reserved a furniture dolly online Days before and they rented them all they all were unavailable when I came to pick it up with the van. Its expected a facility to know if equipment are already reserved not to rent to another person. Second Employees are unaware of how to resolve mobile check in. I had a problem checking in because the truck license plate was unable to scan when checking in due to damage. I left with the truck but was not able to upload inspection photos. The employees are not trained on how to override the mobile check in. I Had good experiences before but this time was not the best.

The fact that you require $100 deposit just because I’m using a debit card is ridiculous when you took the card online for the reservation. Then you tell me it has to be a major financial institution? What qualifies as a major institution? CHASE, bank of AMERICA??? LMAO U-HAUL is a joke to me. The rep was nice though but the company policies sound borderline racist to me like they’re redlining certain customers in the area.

Tried to rent a truck, was told one price of 115 ended up being charged 180. Expressed I wanted to return in the Bronx, was charged and only given miles from the location to the Bronx. I’m like that makes no sense, I’m not renting to bring to another location. Evan (an arrogant individual) states that’s company policy. I doubt Uhaul only allows you to rent vehicles to bring to their other locations. All in all they operate deceptively and over charge you for things that should be included in their ridiculous high price. I was being charged 180 for 57 miles which was the distance from their location to the bronx location on a 10 foot truck for one day and 1 dollar per mile after. So I would be paying 180 plus what ever distance I would travel outside of the 57 miles. So I was basically paying uhaul to transport their truck. Also non of this was expressed until after payment was processed. Plus whatever mileage I traveled. I cancelled and left and will never do business with this company again. The Home Depot has better rates and unlimited mileage!
